Product and Sourcing Enquiries
The Contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, subject and message. Email and message are required. You may include a product name or link, quantity, destination and specifications to explain your enquiry. The form has no file-upload field.
The form is configured to send enquiry details to contact@lepoid.com so that we can review and respond to product, sourcing and existing-order questions. Replies use the email address you provide. Its enabled submission action is email; form database storage and marketing-list actions are not enabled in this form.
A hidden verification field helps detect automated spam. Product enquiry email links open your email application; messages sent that way also use your email provider. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or other information unrelated to your enquiry.
Shopping and Accounts
The website retains WooCommerce product, shopping-cart, account and checkout features. Public account registration is currently disabled. Existing account holders can use the account login and account-management features. Information supplied through account or order features is handled in the website’s WordPress and WooCommerce records for account and order management.
Forms displayed by these features identify the information requested when you use them. No online payment provider is currently enabled on the website. Product and sourcing enquiries can be discussed by email before any commercial arrangement is confirmed.
Product Reviews
Where a product review form is available, it asks for a rating, review, name and email address. The form states that your email address will not be published. If published, your review text, display name and rating may appear on the product page. An optional checkbox lets your browser remember the details for a later comment or review.
Cookies and Website Services
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for functions such as account login and maintaining shopping-cart sessions. The review form also offers an optional choice to remember your details. You can manage or clear cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies can affect login and cart functions. The website runs on WordPress and WooCommerce and uses Hostinger hosting. The contact mailbox is provided through Hostinger. Some pages reference font resources from Google Fonts, and pages include a Hostinger Reach script reference. Loading these resources may cause your browser to contact their providers, including the connection information needed to deliver the resources.
Keeping and Managing Information
Enquiries are configured to be sent to the contact mailbox. Account, order and review records are managed through the website. The current shop settings do not apply a scheduled automatic deletion period to account and order records.
